Shipping Policy

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These guidelines are set to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding our shipping process.

Orders are delivered using various courier services, such as FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL, or other reliable carriers, depending on your location.

ORDER & DELIVERY 

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders typically take up to 25 days to process before being dispatched. After your order has been delivered, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to track your package on the relevant courier’s website. We will do everything we can to minimize any delivery delays.

Deliveries will take place between Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Please note, only one delivery attempt will be made due to the size and weight of the shipment. If the customer is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to us. We are not liable for any losses or delays caused in such cases. Should you wish to have the shipment re-delivered, an additional charge will apply based on the delivery details. Please ensure that the address and contact information are accurate and up to date, and that someone is available to receive the order at the specified location.
